2 years agoI am requesting cancellation of my son's subscription that is billed to my credit card. He is no longer a student and has returned home where he can watch his favorite team on regular tv. He thought that his subscription would not get auto renewed after he graduated because that is what it says on your website. He has tried to cancel it but could only get the auto renewal turned off. 2 years agoI have tried to cancel for over a year this is no one to talk to because I do not have directtv but they are the ones charging my card. So when Itry to cancel on the phone they tell me they can not help me but can not give me any information on how to get help or who to call. It is painful!

3 years agoAccount #100000020861406 On December 12, 2021, I signed up for a seven-day free trial for the NFL Sunday Ticket. Unbeknownst to me that you had already charged me $73.49, which was unfair. I've been trying every day to go online to cancel and have been unable. Please refund all monies and do not charge my card anymore. This company should be reported to the better business bureau!!!!

3 years agoTried using the app on the TV and was routed to AMAZON and DIRECT TV and never got it working under my account. My wife Edan Scott got it working through another method but again it was not as advertised. I have never been so disappointed in what a company has to offer but fails to deliver. I would like a full refund as I never watched a single game under my account.
