1. References like the Hellmann shipment number, a customer reference and NVE Barcodes can be used to get information about road shipments.
2. In case of a road shipment, related contact information allows the user to get in contact with the Hellmann department on a smart and efficient way.
3. With the track & trace app Hellmann delivers a new service for customers to get all relevant shipment information on a mobile device.
4. All details like status of the shipment, shipment and item details give you the necessary extra information.
5. All shipment information is presented in a proper Hellmann design.
6. A “one-field search” allows searching for road, sea and air shipments.
7. For sea and air shipments, the general identifiers like AWB / BL as well as Container number can be used for searching.
8. Also known functions of the web portal, like the Tracking View and Watchlist, will be synchronized to the mobile device.
9. Therefore advanced ways for searching and filtering shipments are in development.
10. The first version of the public track & trace will be developed continuously.
