We have made it super easy to delete Contacts account and/or app.

Things to note before removing Contacts:

  1. The developer of Contacts is Apple and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Apple to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Apple to delete all your data it holds. Apple must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Apple deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

    • Contacts

Deleting from Smartphone πŸ“±


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Contacts until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Contacts app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Contacts, » then click "Uninstall".

1. β€’ The Contacts app on Apple Watch lets you create new contacts, as well as customize existing contacts right on your wrist.

2. β€’ Create a β€œMy Card” β€” located at the top of your Contacts list β€” to make accessing your own information easy.

11. β€’ Tap information, such as an address or phone number, to open the corresponding app.

12. Or sync them from iCloud, Gmail, Exchange, or your Mac or PC.
