1 year agoOn Friday or Saturday of this past weekend I attempted on several occasions to cancel my upcoming to Blaze TV. Oddly, there was only one time I was able to cancel (I thought), but my PayPal account was charged anyway. 95% of the time, when I tried to pull up a cancellation page - or even a Support page, l got a Blaze heading but a totally black page. There was no way to cancel. Finally, I went to PayPal and tried to cancel, but you folks had already drafted the $100.00 for another year. The clearest I can make it, is it's impossible for me to get to your web site to cancel. I don't get it. Simply, we cannot afford to pay for another year of Blaze TV, and I'm sorry about that, but it's just reality. Please, Please, Please refund the EFT from my account. I'm sorry to have to do this. Thank you so much for understanding.
