1 year agoI have an iPhone XE 2020 using IOS 17.0. My dataplan for Japan/Korea/ Tainan is active but has grey bar stating it is not active. Two esims are installed for Japan/Korea/Taiwan and Malaysia. The settings have been double checked are correct. However it does not connect in Japan even though it indicates the correct telco in the top line of the display. What has gone wrong and how do I fix it. Peter
