Redtail CRM app is free-to-use for subscribers. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices. To access the full features of Redtail CRM, users must subscribe to one of the following tiers:

- Essential: $99/month for up to 3 users, $29/month for each additional user. Includes basic CRM features such as contact management, calendar, and task management.

- Professional: $199/month for up to 3 users, $49/month for each additional user. Includes advanced CRM features such as opportunity tracking, email marketing, and custom reporting.

- Enterprise: Custom pricing based on specific needs. Includes all features of the Professional tier, plus additional customization options and dedicated support.


     

How to Cancel Redtail CRM Subscription on iPhone or iPad:


  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the Redtail CRM (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
  3. Tap on Redtail CRM (subscription you wish to cancel)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".
