8 months agoI am trying to cancel my free trial but I can’t seem to do it. Could you please cancel it for me and send me an email telling me that it’s been canceled.

3 years agoHello, I see this very frequent problem with your app. Cancelling the subscription is a maze to me. If I login on a pc to delete the account, it will say to cancel the subscription first, which is only possible through subscription on google play store. However, the google play store does not have any syntuition app subscribtion. Also the appstore doesn't have this email which the subscribtion is connected to. Therefore the syntuition app subscribtion is not possible to be cancelled from the users side. I require you to delete the subscribtion for lombardibolig@redacted before the 5th Februar 2021. I do not want to renew, I simply want to delete the subscribtion and account for the mentioned email. Thank you.
