Things to note before removing FirstView:
- The developer of FirstView is Firstgroup America Inc and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Firstgroup America Inc to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Firstgroup America Inc to delete all your data it holds. Firstgroup America Inc must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Firstgroup America Inc deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold FirstView until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the FirstView app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose FirstView, » then click "Uninstall".

1. • The FirstView® map screen shows you the live location and direction of your student’s bus, your student's stop schedule for the current day and timestamps for school arrivals and departures.
2. FirstView® is your resource for knowing the location of your student’s bus, estimated arrival times at your student’s stop and when your student’s bus arrives or departs their school.
3. FirstView® is a partnership between First Student and the school districts we serve, bringing increased transparency and communication about the school bus for students and their families.
4. Currently, FirstView® is only available to a small number of school districts but we are working hard to offer it to as many districts as possible! Please contact your school district or our FirstView® support team if you would like to know if FirstView® is available for you.
5. Designed with parents, for parents – FirstView®, powered by First Student, makes you a part of your student’s journey.
6. • Analyzing route and real-time GPS data, we determine an estimated time of arrival to your stop provided on the FirstView® map.
7. • Set up push or email notifications alerting you when your student's bus is a chosen distance or number of minutes away from your stop.
8. • The main user of the FirstView® app can connect three additional email accounts to receive email alerts.
9. • FirstView® requires a password-protected account along with your student’s ID for app set-up.
10. Using individual colors for each student, every selected stop appears on the map simultaneously for easy viewing and differentiation.
11. • Receive push messages about why your student’s bus is late and an estimation of how long it will be delayed.
