2 years agoMy phone with existing app stopped working. I paid for 3 months subscription. Downloaded the app on new phone and I can’t get my password to work have sent email several times where it says forgot password and have never received anything. I am just wasting my money not being able to get into my app please send me an email and tell me what to do
