- Click Cancel.

1 year agoHave been trying to cancel this app since July 21, 2023, which was 3 days prior to trial period expiring...I have sent 2 requests to calm customer service without any response from them and was charged the 69.95 on my credit card. I want to cancel and a refund issued.

2 years agoI am not able to cancel my subscription- please send me a refund as I haven’t used it, didn’t purchase it and would never purchase for a whole year. It said I needed to do it before April 25. I did on April 24 and today I received a charge to my credit card. Please now I have to request a refund. I find doing business is very sneaky. GIVE ME A REFUND

3 years agoI downloaded the Calm app. I created an acct, but, I did NOT submit any payment method to start a 7 day free trial. I have decided NOT to do a 7 day free trial, nor try Calm at all. I was told the program was free, by someone else. If I don't accept the free 7day trial, will Calm definitely not try to charge/bill me for having the app on my phone?

3 years agoTry the calm application for a 7 days free trialand now got charged Can you please cancel my subscription and refund a portion of the annual charge. I completely forgot about it and didn’t use it for a few days after the first 2 to 3 days, I think. It didn’t help me to get more sleep than I usually have. To me, your program doesn’t live to my expectation and doesn’t help me. Please refund me or advise me. Thanks and regards Robert Lim
