Things to note before removing Xfinity:

  1. The developer of Xfinity is Comcast and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Comcast to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Comcast to delete all your data it holds. Comcast must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Comcast deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Xfinity Mobile until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Xfinity Mobile app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Xfinity Mobile, » then click "Uninstall".

I cannot access my mobile account because you say I am not a customer which I have been for several years,

They gave us 2 phones for free first phone had to be replaced first 30 days after 2 months second phone could not use their hotspots for 3 months telling going over my gig I am disabled don't go anywhere and I use my wifi at home ....2 months going back and forth so wanted cancel service took our numbers with us to different company and 2 months later still taking money out of our account

I can't used mobile account at all as bought in phone was from V-----n. I could never used their service. The staff just ignored me in the third visit. I got a charge many months later paid in full and talked to them and was told told it would be refunded. I waited for over a year and always saw a credit in the statement and never got it back to me. 0 star
