I want my subscription to lime cancelled NOW

Please cancel my lime subscription. I just learned today that I've been charging for several months without my knowledge. I believed my service was cancelled in August. Also, lime scooters we're removed from the roads (in Saint Paul MN) months ago due to the change in seasons. I need someone to cancel my subscription because I am unable to do it myself. I searched throughout the app, I checked my subscriptions in the Google Play store, and I searched online for a solution but was unable to cancel my subscription.

Please cancel my subscription as of today 3 May 2021. I’ve tried to do it on PayPal as well as my Apple ID but got no confirmation of if it actually went through. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Jerrold Icban
