I removed the app from my phone months ago. I have not used, and actually . unsubscribed from Premium. On October 19, a subscription payment was taken from my account, using VISA ending in 6577. I am not sure what email address I signed up with. I think it was donna07071958@redacted I am requesting a refund, because I do not plan on using Fabulous going forward. I deleted this app subscription through my phone settings. It doesnā€™t show up there and yet I have been charged a yearly fee. What a shit app. Looking to grab extra money where they can. And good luck trying to find a way to contact them about a refund.

Tried the app a year ago, found it wasn't for me, deleted it. Received a notification today that I've been charged Ā£33 for an annual subscription that I'm preeeetty sure wasn't made clear when I first signed up - I redownloaded the app just to check, and sure enough it had the smallest thing about a premium feature but nothing concrete that warned me I would be charged. I've cancelled both accounts and cancelled the subscriptions, I'm hoping that this will be enough but based on what other people have said about it I doubt it will be that simple. If I don't hear back about a refund from the Google Play store then I'll be opening a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. This is such a cop-out, absolutely a scam, my bank account is now overdrawn.

Subscription was charged twice, first 5 dollars, and then additional 50$...even though I am enjoying the app, the biggest fear is that I have sent an app to my friends, and now they are thinking that I scammed them. Any user should be able to unsubscribe and cancel subscription according to his/her preference. Sometimes it isn't about the money it is about the trust, especially when it comes to this kinda of apps. You start trusting the process, and building your habits, and one morning you wake up and see additional charges are being made on your behalf. So much about breaking the chain.
