Things to note before removing Public:

  1. The developer of Public is T3 Securities, Inc. and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of T3 Securities, Inc. to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like T3 Securities, Inc. to delete all your data it holds. T3 Securities, Inc. must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that T3 Securities, Inc. deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Public: Stocks, Options, Bonds until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Public: Stocks, Options, Bonds app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Public: Stocks, Options, Bonds, » then click "Uninstall".

Cancel membership to Public or subscription or whatever. I just want it cancelled,pressed the wrong link when trying to Cash out to Paypal on an App and somehow got linked to Public.

I OPENED A NEW PUBLIC ACCOUNT VERY RECENTLY THAT I WANT TO Close I HAVE MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT that has all my stocks and money. I only want to close the recent one.I have no idea why I did this
