Things to note before removing Secnum:
- The developer of Secnum is Cellact and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Cellact to know if they support self-serve account deletion:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Cellact to delete all your data it holds. Cellact must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Cellact deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Secnum until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Secnum app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Secnum, » then click "Uninstall".

🎌 About Secnum
1. The secondary number allows you to make calls from a mobile Israeli phone number in addition to the existing SIM card number on the device, regardless of which operator the subscriber is.
2. Calls are made through the existing SIM card or using VOIP which uses the existing mobile phone account agreement with the network operator in which it is located.
3. Do you want an Israeli mobile phone number on your local SIM card? The secondary number allows you just that without buying another SIM card.
4. You can buy a monthly subscription that includes SMS messages or also voice minutes - both are counted for incoming and outgoing calls.
5. Subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase.
6. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
7. The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
8. The two numbers are on the same mobile phone.
9. It means it can either use calls or data to make the calls.
10. It is restricted to dial premium numbers, abroad or to the Palestinian Authority.
