- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of United States Postal Service to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like United States Postal Service to delete all your data it holds. United States Postal Service must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that United States Postal Service deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold USPS Mobile® until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the USPS Mobile® app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose USPS Mobile®, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoI cannot access USPS Mobile on the app - only through gmail, which is fine, except when I check to see the package that is coming, I have to sign in. I can’t sign in because I forgot my password. So I tap FORGOT PASSWORD, but you don’t accept My Pets Name answer. But if I put it in again and maybe 3 times; THEN it will go through. But when I go to gmail to receive the number I have to enter to reset password, I cannot get back to the page to enter that number. I am willing to delete my account and create it again, but you say once deleted it cannot be renewed. IF you send another code to me to reset my password, can you TEXT the number to 937-307-6782?
