Cancel Decibel X PRO Subscription

Note before cancelling:

1. The developer of Decibel X PRO is SkyPaw Co., Limited and all inquiries go to them.
2. Check SkyPaw Co., Limited's Terms of Services/Privacy policy if they support self-serve cancellation:

3. Always cancel subscription 24 hours before it ends.

🌐 Cancel directly via Decibel X PRO

1. 🌍 Contact Decibel X PRO Support


2. Mail Decibel X PRO requesting that they cancel your account:
   1. E-Mail: contact@skypaw.com
3. Login to your Decibel X PRO account.
4. In the menu section, look for any of these: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

End Decibel X PRO subscription on iPhone/iPad:

1. Goto Settings » ~Your name~ » "Subscriptions".
2. Click Decibel X PRO (subscription) » Cancel

Cancel subscription on Android:

1. Goto Google PlayStore » Menu » "Subscriptions"
2. Click on Decibel X PRO: dBA Noise Meter
3. Click "Cancel Subscription".

💳 Cancel Decibel X PRO on Paypal:

1. Goto Paypal.com .
2. Click "Settings" » "Payments" » "Manage Automatic Payments" (in Automatic Payments dashboard).
3. You'll see a list of merchants you've subscribed to.
4. Click on "Decibel X PRO" or "SkyPaw Co., Limited" to cancel.
