5 months agoSehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit kündige ich das Abo "Bright learn fast", das ich offenbar und irrtümlich durch einen download aus dem Appstore runtergeladen habe. Ich weise darauf hin, dass ich der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist hiermit fristgerecht kündige bzw. vom Vertrag zurücktrete. Eine Abbuchung eines jeglichen Betrags über das Apple-Konto ist somit nicht zulässig. Parallel werde ich Ihnen auch direkt per E-Mail eine Nachricht zukommen lassen. MfG Rainer Bilau

1 year agoI subscribed for 2 months (only) but you charged for 3x 2months although I did not use it. When susbcribing it is mentioned "pendant 2 mois" that means "during 2 months" and not " every 2 months" Can you please pay back the 4 extra months (paid via SFR / RED subscription) Thanks
