  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like US Customs and Border Protection to delete all your data it holds. US Customs and Border Protection must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that US Customs and Border Protection deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold CBP ROAM until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the CBP ROAM app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose CBP ROAM, » then click "Uninstall".

🎌 About CBP ROAM


1. In addition to submitting a report of arrival, pleasure boaters who are not currently enrolled in a Trusted Traveler Program, Local Boater Option, or I-68 program who are currently required to report in person may be eligible for a video inspection.

2. The official CBP ROAM App (formerly OARS) from U.S. Customs and Border Protection allows pleasure boaters and other eligible travelers who arrive at remote locations to report their arrival online.

3. After you submit a trip, you may receive a push notification on your device to start a video chat with a CBP Officer to finish reporting your entry into the United States.

4. Create a trip by adding travelers, your mode of travel, your location, and contact information.

5. Contact your local Port of Entry for guidance.
