Things to note before removing Frame Grab:

  1. The developer of Frame Grab is Tranquillity Base and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Tranquillity Base to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Tranquillity Base to delete all your data it holds. Tranquillity Base must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Tranquillity Base deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Frame Grab until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Frame Grab app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Frame Grab, » then click "Uninstall".

1. â—†Saving #1: Tap the share button to save a frame image to the Camera roll, or send to other services.

2. After that, you can save/share multiple photos in the Queues to the Camera roll, or send to other services at a time.

3. Embed a geo-tag data as exif metadata to photo files extracted.

4. Embed a date-time of shooting as exif metadata to photo files extracted.

5. Frame Grab provides you to extract frame images (JPEG) from your videos on your iOS device very easily.

6. â—†Saving #2: Tap the gray round button to save a frame image to the Queues temporarily.

7. â—†The list of videos category-by-category in your device appears.

8. â—†Move the playhead to the place you want to a photo extracted.

9. â—†Tap a video on a video list, and then the player view appears.

10. You can move the playhead frame-by-frame with tapping on the double-triangular buttons.

11. This app does not support protected videos.

12. â—†Images in the Queues may be cleared when the app is updated.
