1 year agoI am trying to cancel my membership, because I do not use it. I did not remember my password, and have tried 4 times to reset it with no luck whatsoever assisting in the cancellation. My account is under wfhinson@redacted and it is being charged to my American Express card ending in 33002. It is not convenient to do this by telephone as the would require me obtaining an international calling plan for this some purpose. Please cancel my account. If you cannot, I will use this as evidence with American Express that I had requested cancellation, and disallow any further payments, starting today 1 June 2023. I hope we v can get this resolved easily. Thank you for your help. Kind regards. Bill Hinson
