Things to note before removing Collaboration:

  1. The developer of Collaboration is Accurence and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Accurence to delete all your data it holds. Accurence must comply within 1 month.
  3. The CCPA lets American residents request that Accurence deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Collaboration by Accurence until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Collaboration by Accurence app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Collaboration by Accurence, » then click "Uninstall".

2. The adjuster sends a collaboration request to the inspector, the inspector performs the inspection using CollaborationAssist to fill out the inspection forms and take photos, then the inspector seamlessly provides the inspection documentation to the adjuster with the tap of a button.

3. The CollaborationAssist app by Accurence enables third party inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of adjusters.

4. This includes taking photos and documenting property damages, items, item materials, and item quantities.
