I installed Lorex Home just fine... using my wife's email on her android device. She didn't want the Lorex DVR D861 registered with her email so I opened Lorex home again on her phone and changed the email to mine. That's when everything went wrong. The device is registered with my email now but I can not sign in and I can not change the password. When try to sign in I get the error message wrong password. When I try and change the password I get the verification code sent to my correct email but when I use it on Lorex Home app on the phone I get new error message "internal server error". I tried to open a new account with Lorex Home with another email but when I try to register the DVR using Lorex QR scanner it says the device is already registered to my original email. I have deleted Lorex Home, cleared the phone's cache and reinstall Lorex Home app but nothing works. What will correct this?
