I'd like to cancel my subscription. I've emailed a number of times over a period of 18 days to no response. I had one reply to suggest that I try and use the app instead of cancelling which is not what I wanted to do. I want to cancel it and I want to cancel it now!

I canceled my initial subscription on 3/26/2022 $19.99 but was charged. Then this month Visa show another charge on 4/25/22 for $39.96. Please credit my account and STOP charging my credit card. I have called Visa to contest this last charge and asked them to block further charges.
