3 years agoI used Soul Time Media last year and cancelled after using it. I just got charged again though I cancelled. Please fix this.

3 years agoSoultime emailed me informing me that they had charged my credit card 59.99 in an automatic annual renewal. There was no courtesy reminder. It’s my fault for not reminding myself to cancel as I had not used the app in months. I contacted them and they said they would send it to the Finance department. They may or may not refund this unused year. Meanwhile, when I log in, there is a loop that says “cannot access” and after many attempts (10?) it takes me back to the new subscription page. I cannot access my profile, what personal data they have, or who my credit card is stored with. When I email them, they are polite but unhelpful - keep sending me back to the new subscription page. When I follow their directions through the app - again, back to the new subscription page. I feel suckered by what I felt was a quality product (I just used it until it wasn’t relevant anymore) but overpriced at the full price -- and now I feel that soultime has sold out to a shady business management system. Unless it is resolved, I’m out $60 PLUS I do not know where my personal information is and how it could be used.
