2 years agoThis site is fake and it does not deliver. All profiles must be fake as I never get a proper response from anyone that I show interest in. It is absolutely useless and I no longer want to be in this site. I am so disappointed and I have been redirected to go to WhatsApp by a large number of so called clients of the site who are scammers. I feel unsafe and very vulnerable. I signed up as a premium customer thinking that I would be treated in a professional manner but I am worried that I am at the mercy of many scammers

2 years agoGood Day, When I searched for how to cancel my subscription to Singles50 the document was sent to me and I was informed what to do. I sent the signed and dated document to customerservice@redacted. However, I received no mention that the document had been received and the process that would follow. You can, therefore, understand why I am worried about whether my subscrition has been canceled. I am unable to pay for another month. My subscription ends on the 6th of June 2022 if canceled in good time which is what I did. The document was signed and sent on the 21st of May 2022. 3 years agoFinally heard back from the service provider, vindicating my April 2021 cancellation request. So I do not have to pay the auto renewal for 6 months. Folks, email them at collections@redacted and keep explaining that you did follow the cancellation procedure and produce evidence. Do not pay them in the meantime. Do not cave into their collection process threats. Cancel your credit card, PayPal, etc. in the meantime as required. You can make new credit cards and open a new PayPal account later. You are not alone in this.

3 years agoSingles50 emailed me demanding payment, ignoring my prior written cancellation request. When you email to mailto:customerservice@redacted, they ignore you. So, my advice to you is/. Do not sign up for Singles50. Their profile stock is low and run out of daily recommended profiles. Many profiles are fake. It is so difficult to cancel the subscription. The worst dating service.

3 years agoTried to unsubscribe the annoying notification emails from the service provider and got redirected to the webpage saying the following: Outstanding Amount: 377.4 SGD 6 months (=359.40 SGD) + 18 SGD transaction costs Your membership fee is overdue! Your profile has been blocked temporarily. Please enter your credit card details below and make your payment for the amount of 377.4 SGD in order to your settle your account without delay. We will reactivate your premium access for the remaining term of the subscription period purchased. Alternatively you can delete your profile. We have cancelled the automatic renewal of your subscription. No further action is required. In case of non-payment, we will be forced to start a collection process. Please contact us if you have any questions: collections@redacted PLEASE ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS: Emailed to the service provider again earlier today but have not gotten any reply. They donโt provide a phone number and makes it difficult to communicate with them. I do not recommend this service at all.

3 years agoRadio silence from the service provider on my cancellation. They did the same when I pointed out a login issue on the app and showed them how to resolve it. No word of appreciation, no followup. That speaks volumes about this service provider. FYI, McAfee charged my credit card based on a auto renewal. I did not want that renewal and contacted the McAfee customer service with ease and got a refund right away. What a stark contrast in customer service attitude between McAfee and Singles50. Will update more later.

3 years agoSubscribed for 6 months in March 2021 but emailed cancellation on 21 April 2021 but got emails demanding another 6-month subscription payment even after producing cancellation evidence. I cancelled my 6-month subscription and n the 2nd month because of negative experience with the services. Plus the service provider wants you to fax, post or email the signed and dated cancellation form with your personal details 14 days prior. Am now emailing back and forth with the service provider about cancellation. Will update later on this matter here. They have so far been extremely rigid and do not offer any recourse but demand payment despite my cancellation.
