2 years agoHello Piano Academy, I am contacting you in the hope of getting a refund on my Piano Academy subscription. I had enrolled in the one week free trial, but had cancelled my subscription shortly thereafter. However, I had recieved a notification on April 14th from my bank informing me that a $129.89 charge for a year subscription to Piano Academy had been issued. 3 years agoHi, I wanted to purchase a one month period at $36 but accidentally pressed subscribe. I want to cancel and choose the other option but your app does not show on the subscriptions list of App Store. I have not even started the trial period. Should I report this bug to Apple Store or is this something you can fix? Thanks
