Delete on iPhone:

On your homescreen, Tap and hold HeadsUp: Health, Fasting, Keto until it starts shaking.
Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
Click on that X to delete the HeadsUp: Health, Fasting, Keto app.

Delete on Android:

Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
Choose HeadsUp: Health, Fasting, Keto, » then click "Uninstall".

1. You can subscribe on a month to month basis ($8.99/month) or a yearly basis ($78.99/year). Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period for $8.99 (if monthly) or $78.99 (if yearly), unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2. Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

3. Heads Up comes with a 30 day free trial, after which you will still be able to log in, but will no longer be able to add new readings or retrieve new data.
