Please I do not know who to use an app - I am not very good on mobile - please cancel my subscription I do not want it and I do not know how to use or understand the use an app - I cannot afford the program I have just lost my job and thought it would be ok but it's not . Please cancel

I am trying to cancel my subscription! My trial ends today and I don't want to be billed for it. The app on my phone isn't working and apparently my email isn't showing up. I've sent multiple emails giving the information I was asked and haven't received any reply back. My bank was charged $3 so I don't understand why my email isn't registering
