2 years agoDear sir or madam, I am going thru some financial difficulties and would like to cancel this subscription that I didn't even know I had; therefore, I have never used. I realized that I am in the fourth month into the membership. I will be more than glad to pay for these four months of not using it, but if you could still cancel this subscription for the remaining months until Feb. 2013, I would greatly appreciate it. 3 years agoHi I was paying £7.99 then to be able to see all the apps just upgraded to pay £10.99 but both amounts have been taken out this month. Have been unable to cancel the £7.99 payment If there was a customer care no it would be so much easier. At the moment I am finding it a nightmare Would like a refund for the £7.99
