Cancel YCC365 Plus Subscription & Save $6.62/mth

Решила попробовать пробную бесплатную подписку. Теперь пытаются списать с меня 7399. Ни где не могу найти кнопки что бы отменить подписку. Что в такой ситуации делать? Мне не нужна эта подриска

Добрый день, приложение YCC365 Plus пытается систематически, ежедневно списать у меня деньги. Что мне делать чтобы открепить свои платежные данные и не потерять деньги? В приложении такой возможности нет, в подписках AppStore их нет, но деньги списать пытаются все равно, даже когда в приложении отменяешь подписку. Только теперь пытаются списать сразу две подписки. Взяла изначально пробный период - отменила до конца пробного периода, но приложение все равно требует автопродления и пытается списать деньги с моей кошелька. На свое несчастье я прикрепила систему быстрых платежей и даже после перевыпуска карты, сомневаюсь, что ситуация изменится. Помогите прошу!

Проблема заключается в том, что произошло продление подписки на год без моего согласия, самой камеры нет, но есть не рабочее приложение. Требую возврата средств в полном объеме Номер транзакции: 1271930884500795392

Hi, my partner has this subscription YCC365 on his iPhone, he has canceled it from his subscription ( in settings) & and the app from the phone, however, it keeps coming back, he has now been charged again. Please delete the account.
