- The developer of ENT Néro is Pentila and all inquiries must go to them.
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Pentila to delete all your data it holds. Pentila must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Pentila deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold ENT Néro until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the ENT Néro app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose ENT Néro, » then click "Uninstall".

1. L’application est destinée à la communauté éducative, aux élèves, à leurs parents et aux personnels des établissements utilisant l’ENT Pentila Néro du projet l'Educ de Normandie.
2. Elle permet d’accéder, en temps réel, aux actualités de l’établissement, aux informations pédagogiques, aux évènements de la vie scolaire, notes, absences, emplois du temps, devoirs.
3. Chaque utilisateur peut également consulter ses documents, sa liste de contacts, rédiger un document ou communiquer à travers sa messagerie.
4. Un drive complet est mis à sa disposition pour tous les usages mobiles dont il a besoin au cours de sa scolarité.
5. Aucun nouveau code d’accès.
6. La connection est identique à la version web.
