Things to note before removing Google Classroom:
- The developer of Google Classroom is Google LLC and all inquiries must go to them.
- Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Google LLC to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Google LLC to delete all your data it holds. Google LLC must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that Google LLC deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Google Classroom until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Google Classroom app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Google Classroom, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoHi, PLEASE help me ! Please delete my CLASSROOM account. I have no idea how I got subscribed to this site, I have no association with any educational institution. I have spent much time trying to find out how to unsubscribe, but cant find how to do it. The email account that is used is franceforfun@redacted Please, please help me with this - all the emails are driving me mad. Hopefully, Chris.

1. Classroom is designed to help teachers create, collect, and grade assignments paperlessly, including time-saving features like the ability to automatically make a copy of a Google Document for each student.
2. Classroom saves time and paper, and makes it easy to create classes, distribute assignments, communicate, and stay organized.
