Things to note before removing Breathe:

  1. The developer of Breathe is Apple and all inquiries must go to them.
  2. Check the Terms of Services and/or Privacy policy of Apple to know if they support self-serve subscription cancellation:
  3. The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like Apple to delete all your data it holds. Apple must comply within 1 month.
  4. The CCPA lets American residents request that Apple deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱


Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Breathe until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Breathe app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose Breathe, » then click "Uninstall".

1. The Breathe app on Apple Watch keeps you centered by taking you through a series of deep, calming breaths.

2. - Choose to receive notifications to remind you to start a Breathe session, and adjust the frequency of notifications.

5. - Track mindful minutes from Breathe sessions in the Health app on iPhone.

6. - Use the Breathe watch face and bring focus to your day just by raising your wrist.

7. - Set a breath rate ranging from 4 breaths per minute to 10 breaths per minute.

8. - Feel haptics to guide your deep breath as you inhale and exhale.

9. - Follow the animation as it grows with each inhale and shrinks with each exhale.
