2. - Choose to receive notifications to remind you to start a Breathe session, and adjust the frequency of notifications.
3. - Change the duration of the Breathe session from 1 minute to up to 5 minutes.
4. Taking moments throughout the day to stop, relax, and practice mindfulness can help reduce stress and improve overall health.
5. - Track mindful minutes from Breathe sessions in the Health app on iPhone.
6. - Use the Breathe watch face and bring focus to your day just by raising your wrist.
7. - Set a breath rate ranging from 4 breaths per minute to 10 breaths per minute.
8. - Feel haptics to guide your deep breath as you inhale and exhale.
9. - Follow the animation as it grows with each inhale and shrinks with each exhale.
