3 years agoi have just found out that you have been charging my account for the above program for months. and i have been trying to stop this from happening. i dont know who downloaded this app or even how to use it. im 61 and please cancel this and stop taking the money out. ive been sending details but it just wont stop.

3 years agoPlease cancel the subscription. I realized it constantly has been paid more than 3 months even though I don't use it. My kids accidentally submitted the subscription. I can't find how to cancel it since it's my kids' account and no subscription info appears in my account. Can you help cancel the subscription? Below is the account of my kids.
