Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold GlyceMeal - Carbs calculator until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the GlyceMeal - Carbs calculator app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.

1. * Before each meal, select the foods and dishes that you are about to taste, indicate their weight, and the application will automatically indicate the amount of carbohydrates in your plate and give you the dose of insulin corresponding to your ratios.

2. If you practice functional insulin therapy and you calculate before each meal the carbohydrates in your plate, if you like to cook and you find it hard to accurately estimate the amount of carbohydrates in a homemade dish, if you find that counting carbohydrates in your meal is long and imprecise.

3. * Add your favorite foods to your list and indicate the number of carbs per 100g and the weight of a serving.

4. The application will then deduce the carbohydrates contained in 100g of your dishes.

5. * Select your food from a large collection of more than 600,000 products and brands (data from Ciqual and Open Food Facts).

6. * Add your ratios: carbohydrates per unit of insulin.

7. * Scans the barcode of your products to see carbohydrates.

8. * Create your favorite recipes.
