1 year agoHi I did an appeal on August 20th . I have not been contacted as of yet. I explained that when I initially did my application back in January almost 2 years ago, my car was stolen with my belongings, my phone, my pocketbook, my everything. I contacted you all right away. I was locked out of the email that I originally used to come on board with you all and I’ll give you the email address right now.Sheabey69@redacted after my device with stolen I was not allowed to go into the email by Google, not being able to verify it was me because it was sending a verification code to the phone that was stolen. I have repeated the story over and over and over again I sent a ticket out the ticket out the ticket no one ever did anything to have me be all set up and change my email address which I kept requesting be done or sending me a new link where I could redo my application each time I’m going to try to do the application is telling me that I already have an account so I’m not able to submit a new application I sent in an appeal OK all on 20 August and I have heard from no one. My phone number is 516-492-4877. I’d appreciate if someone could get back in contact with me as soon as possible. This situation has gone off way too long. I’ve been patiently waiting and doing my part to notify you all exactly as to what was going on to no avail, or any resolution came from sparks or DDI

2 years agoI have completed all steps in the process on the Spark Driver App, however, upon downloading and completing the Branch App with my financial information I cannot sign back into the Spark Driver App to see if every step has been completed/submitted for review. The Spark App is not recognizing my password and when I click forgot password I receive error messages stating that my email address is incorrect (I know that I am entering the correct email addresses/passwords into Spark Driver App. Do I need to start over again or can I be sent a password reset link? Thank you.
