1 year agoI did the 3 month join but was never told or advised that I would be auto charged after that. They just charged me for March 2023 and I immediately called and was told NO I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!! I want to see the contract I signed agreeing to the auto charge.

3 years agosuspended membership due to covid and other issues. told i would advise when i could rejoin crowds my membership was again charged. I have been to 0 classes in 2021 and have been charged 229 x 3 !! ridiculous i want this membership cancelled immediately and my money refunded. I appropriately advised the club of my medical condition Bad form.

3 years agoI was a member with unlimited classes for three years. I moved and planned on joining CP here in Wilmington. I was first told that they would honor my $159 monthly dues. Now they say that they do not honor the existing membership dues and my membership will be $229 monthly. Is this your corporate policy?
