1 year agoI have never used this service, and didn’t sign up for it. I have absolutely no idea what it is. I’m assuming it’s piggybacking off some other service I signed up for, but I can’t trace it anywhere. I’m frustrated and annoyed. My bank statement shows they have billed a yearly subscription of 39.99 in Jan. 2022 and Jan. 2023. Somehow I missed the first time this was charged. I will be going through my bank to stop this charge, as I have no recourse to hold this Verb Direct Lcc company accountable for stealing my account information and charging me for some unknown service I am unaware of and don’t use. I am thinking about taking legal action.

2 years agoI have attempted to log in several times to cancel this account/recurring charge, but have been unable to do so. When I click on "forgot password", I complete the form, but never receive an email telling me how to change the password (thinking that is the issue). I have never used the service/product, so do not want to continue paying the $6/month. My records indicate I subscribed in July, 2021. Any assistance would be appreciated.
