3 years agoGood day, I have been trying for days on end and multiple searches via email's received and on the Microsoft and Play Store as well as your website to cancel this subscription THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR and there is no option to cancel anywhere. If any debit goes off at 14:30 today, I will take the matter further. You cannot allocate auto renewal with no possible way of cancelling the subscription. Please cancel this immediately. Kingsoft software is not doing right with their consumers at all.

3 years agoWhy is there no option to cancel the subscription? I have been trying to cancel since Day 1 when I mistakenly selected to do the 7 day free trial but there is no option to cancel and deleting the account is not a guarantee that the subscription will be cancelled as well

3 years agoHi, I was subscribed to WPS premium plan by mistake on 25th Feb now this morning I am charged with 2262 INR without even any confirmation. I do not need this subscription plan. It is so ridiculous and very difficukt that I can't even cancel this subscription plan on my own I have to take multiple follow ups for this. This is something very disappointing.
