3 months agoI have not been using this program for quite some time and have been trying to cancel this subscription. Locating active ways to contact the company has not been an easy process, but you no longer have permission to charge my account. Hopefully this is resolved to avoid any further action.

2 years agoI want to cancel this subscription now. It did not state that you could not access on Android. I have never used it as I have an android phone. I did forget that I signed up last year, but have been paying $46 monthly for too long. I've seen the issues others have had in canceling & I hope this is done promptly so that I don't have to take further action. Thank you in advance.

3 years agoI signed up and then canceled (it says it is inactive in my Apple subscriptions), but I was just charged $30 on May 10. About to report this as fraudulent unless you can reverse charges since I canceled my subscription. Thanks.

3 years agoHi, I tried signing up for reshape and it crashed both times after putting in my credit card. I was charged 2x for a monthly subscription, and I can't access the program. I would like to cancel.

3 years agoJust payed for this and it was not identified that there was no app for android. I would like to cancel my subscription. Please contact me to let me know how to do this as I do not have the app, just a link to the website and no options there to cancel. I paid through PayPal transaction 7HA13732DK038220D.
