4 years agoI need a refund, like many of the other users, I downloaded for the "3 day free trial" and was charged immediately. This is ridiculous. Please give me my money back.

4 years agoI downloaded this app off a ad and it clearly stated “3 day FREE trial” and then stated you can cancel before you get charged.....it immediately charged me over $28 and the app sucks!! I need a refund immediately.

4 years agoI would like to have refund please. Before I downloaded the app I saw that there is a free 3 day trial so I just wanted to try it first but then the app asked about my payment which I gave the PayPal account and I did not know it automatically charged on my account right away without considering the free trial. I saw a Pending transaction on my paypal account a few minutes after so I canceled the subscription right away and delete the app. I just want to let you know that this is not right when your app said that there’s a free 3 day trial but you still charge the customer like that even they have not used up the trial period yet. I contacted the PayPal and had them dispute this transaction for me since I feel kind of cheating and not right about this app. Please return the money.
