I haven’t ever been able to use the app for anything and now it doesn’t load. I really need this up and running, please help.

I, unfortunately have had several of my donor appointments cut short because either my heart rate was too high, because the bruises to my arms from the previous week's donation hadn't resolved, or some other reason I didn't pass screening. A couple of times (the brief tachycardia) was reason for me to be deferred that one day, but without any waiting period. Just today my pulse was too high to donate, but there isn't any reason for me not to donate tomorrow. However, when I go to the donor hub, it doesn't recognize that I didn't donate, so I am unable to schedule an appointment for the next day. Why can't the scheduler be updated so that I am able to make my appointment for the next day?
