2 years agoHi there, I need to cancel this subscription and have followed the instructions given elsewhere on this site. I do not see a cancel option, BUT the app is still listed on my phone as active. Can you tell me how long it will remain active for please? I assume that I have cancelled it but still have access until the 'renew date' is that correct? Much appreciated
