Delete on iPhone:


  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold SyncUP KIDS until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the SyncUP KIDS app.

Delete on Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose SyncUP KIDS, » then click "Uninstall".

I can’t get to the app to even login or work to sync the new watch I bought. It keeps saying that there’s no internet connection and I clearly do have internet as I type this. I’ve tried both via wifi and cell data.
