  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose myPatientVisit, » then click "Uninstall".

How do I cancel the account I have on MyPatientVisit for Ophthalmology Associates of Bay Ridge? I am no longer working at that practice and I need this account GONE! It won’t let me add another practice so I had to open a separate account. I do not want to confuse things by having more than one account. Thank you- Marcelle Costanza Phannis
