I purchased this for $66.00. The app doesn’t work meaning it will not recognize my email therefore I can’t login to use the app. I requested a refund. However, they tell me since I deleted the app they can’t issue a refund. Apparently, when you delete the app it erases.all your info. I sent a copy of my bank receipt. No refund.

I got a 6-month subscription to Klinio for 66. From the start, I did not like the app. It was not user-friendly and I didn't want to track my food. I've been tracking my food for years on the Lose it app which I love. Another issue I had was with the weight. My weight was 230 but it had me at 227. I changed it to 230 and it made it look like I'd gained 3 pounds in one day. I did not like that either but could not figure out how to change that. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my subscription after only one day. Can I get my money refunded? Thanks. Sincerely, Tammy Stooksbury

I do not want this "subscription. I do not recall ordering anything and I and requesting that you STOP charging my banking account for this "service" or "subscription" and I want a refund of the $67.54.

As I was signing up to use this app I realized that I did not want to do it anymore but I didn’t know how to back out of it. As soon as I signed up I immediately clicked the cancel button and set an email to Klingon stating that I changed my mind and that I had requested a refund. The person who responded said that they couldn’t find my transaction and to take a screen shot and email them back. I sent them the information and waited for a reply. And waited. And waited. So in the mean time I contacted PayPal and they filed a discrepancy for me. Than I get an email from Klinio telling me that they only give full refunds for items that are faulty with proof. I never received anything because I quit it the minute I signed up. They say that they can only offer me half of my money back and that if I have filed a discrepancy that I get nothing back. They are crooks. Taking peoples hard earned money and giving them nothing in return. Don’t sign up for their program. They are awful!!!!

I wanted to cancel this service when I found out I that was going to be charged monthly. I thought I had purchased an app but when I tried to cancel it, I received a message that I had to pay for the whole year because it is a subscription. And I am assuming I will have to catch it at the right time so that it does not automatically renew for another year. I hate these subscriptions that you do not realize you are signing up for.
