- The developer of Allianz is AllianzGlobalAssistance and all inquiries must go to them.
- The GDPR gives EU and UK residents a "right to erasure" meaning that you can request app developers like AllianzGlobalAssistance to delete all your data it holds. AllianzGlobalAssistance must comply within 1 month.
- The CCPA lets American residents request that AllianzGlobalAssistance deletes your data or risk incurring a fine (upto $7,500 dollars).

Deleting from Smartphone 📱
Delete on iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Allianz until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Allianz app.
Delete on Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Allianz, » then click "Uninstall".

10 months agoToday at approximately 8 a.m. I began creating a new Allianz account. A message popped up with info saying that the email address I was using was already in use and suggested using another email address. I presumed the info was erroneous, and I went ahead and used another of my email addresses and successfully created an account. When I went to a place on my laptop where I store my account info I saw that I had created an Allianz account a few years ago. I had forgotten that I had done this. NOW I WANT TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT THAT I CREATED TODAY AND KEEP THE ONE I CREATED A FEW YEARS AGO. HOW CAN I DO THAT? Thanks, Karen
