2 years agoI tried Screen Mirror to stream from my iPhone to LG TV. I was forced to purchase even to try it out. But my TV is not recognizing this screen share device at all. I tried for 2 hours in vain. Problem may be with my TV. Can you please cancel my subscription and refund the $19.99 please? I never could use it. I just subscribed and canceling in 2 hours since it didn't work.

2 years agoI purchased this app on 3/22/22 but it didn't work for me; I can't cast the web videos onto my TV. I tried to cancel the prescription on my iPhone but I couldn't do it even I followed the instructions. I saw the purchase history on my phone but I can not find this app under "prescription". Please contact me so we could do this over the phone. Thank you.
