3 years agoI've been unable to access the app for 5+ days now. I have an iPhone 7 plus iOS 14.4.1 Initially . I've deleted the app, re-booted my phone and re-installed the app. It has alternated between no user account foun with just an "ok" option to click on, and then it just gets stuck on the opening screen that has the reappearing chani over and over again. or just a black screen. I don't know how to log out of the chani account to see if it lets me re-sign in. So, I am not sure how it could be an email error, or if it is how to access a platform to verify and fix it
